We are seeking an industrial energy efficiency Program Delivery Manager to support Cascade Energy’s implementation of the Bonneville Power Administration’s (BPA) award-winning Energy Smart Industrial (ESI) program. In the ESI program this role is known as the Energy Smart Industrial Partner, or ESIP. Working within the ESI team, the ESIP is responsible for serving as the single point of contact for an assigned group of electric utilities and their industrial customers. The ESIP assists electric utilities in marketing the ESI program to the industries they serve, and then helps identify, develop and implement energy efficiency projects. The ESIP works closely with up to 20 utilities, maintaining individual utility account plans to ensure that ESI seamlessly integrates with each utility’s savings targets, incentive budgets, and customer service priorities. The ESIP then seeks to align ESI program offerings with the needs of individual industrial sites, coordinating the efforts of stakeholders including utility staff, industry site personnel, contractors, and trade allies. This role offers opportunities to mentor other ESI staff on specific areas of expertise.

This is a full-time, exempt position located in the Puget Sound region and reports to the ESIP Manager. There will be times when additional hours are required to meet project-driven demands and deadlines. Travel is expected to be 20-50% of the time, consisting primarily of day trips.
